Antheia S.r.l., with registered office in Via XXIV Maggio, 86 - 86170 ISERNIA, VAT No. 00986120947 and registration number with the Companies' Register of ISERNIA with REA No. _________ (hereinafter "Antheia"), makes available to all users the possibility to purchase by means of the Internet the products (hereinafter "Products") offered for sale through the website antheianatural.it/shop/ (hereinafter "Site") and to receive them directly to their homes.

In the "Buy Online" section of the Site you will find all the Products available in the catalog.
Making a purchase on antheianatural.it/shop/ is very simple.

If the Product you want to buy is available in the online catalog, select type and quantity of the same and click ADD TO CART.
If you have already registered an account on our e-shop you will be immediately directed to the payment page; if not, you will be asked for some simple information to create your account, or you can proceed to purchase without registration.
Once you have done these simple steps you will be able to proceed with your purchase.

If you register with the Antheia online store after placing an order you will be able to access all the details by logging into your account, clicking on "LOGIN" and entering the e-mail and password you chose when you registered. From your account you will be able to view the date, content, amount and shipping address of your order.

The content on the Site of which Antheia is the author may not be copied, reproduced, published or redistributed because it belongs to the author.

Copying and reproduction of the content in any way or form is prohibited. Publication and redistribution of content not expressly authorized by the author is prohibited.
Any violation of this will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.

By making any purchase you fully accept these terms and conditions.

1. Subject

1.1. These general terms and conditions of sale ("General Conditions") are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 as amended) and the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 as amended) and apply exclusively to the distance sale via the web of the Products as identified and listed in the different sections of the Site ("Sale and Purchase Contracts" or simply "Contracts").
In the event of changes to the General Conditions, the General Conditions published on the Site at the time the Order is sent by the customer (hereinafter "Customer") shall apply to the purchase order as specified in Articles 3 and 4 below of these General Conditions.

1.2. These General Conditions govern all the Contracts of Purchase and Sale concluded between Antheia and the Customer through the online store.

1.3. The Products with their prices as found on the Site, constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the terms specified in the General Conditions and on the Site itself.
The terms and conditions of such offer shall apply exclusively to purchases made on the Site set forth above.
The Sale and Purchase Contracts entered into on the Site and having as their object the Products are concluded with Antheia.

2. Conclusion of purchase and sale contracts

2.1. Antheia undertakes to send Customers an order confirmation immediately after payment by Customers ("Order Confirmation"); if the Customer does not receive the Order Confirmation within 2 working days after payment has been made, he/she may contact Antheia who will resend it.

2.2. The Sale and Purchase Contracts are considered concluded between the parties when the Customers have completed the payment process.

2.3. By sending the orders, the Customers declare that they have read all the instructions regarding the mode of purchase of the products and have accepted the General Conditions of Sale.

2.4. Orders will be entered directly into Antheia's ERP system (management software) and a copy will be stored at the external partner's web server. All this in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n.196 and its subsequent amendments ("Privacy").

3. Product Availability

3.1. In correspondence with each Product published on the Antheia online store, its availability will be indicated. In case of unavailability of the Product, the information will be appropriately reported to Users.

3.2. The type of products published in the online store and their availability may change at any time without this entailing any responsibility for Antheia towards the Customers.

3.3. The indication regarding the availability of the Products is not binding.

4. Price and shipping costs

4.1. The price is expressed in € (Euro). The applicable price is the price published on the Antheia online store at the time the Orders are placed by the Customer ("Price").

4.2. The Price is inclusive of VAT.

4.3. The Price does not include shipping costs. These will vary depending on the number of Products to be delivered and any promotional campaigns.

4.4. Per ordini di importo superiore a 55,00 € le spese di spedizione sono gratuite per tutto il territorio nazionale.

4.5. The contribution required by Antheia for shipping costs is indicated, separately from the Price, before the order is sent by the Customers and will be paid together with and at the same time as the payment of the Price once the purchase is finalized.

5. How will orders be delivered

5.1. In order to proceed with placing orders, Customers may choose whether to register with the online store by entering e-mail and password, to access their profile, or to proceed without registration. In the latter case, the Customer must still enter all the data indicated as mandatory to proceed with the purchase, including e-mail and telephone number.

5.2. Customers may purchase Products by selecting them in the dedicated section of the online store and placing them in the virtual shopping cart. If the Products that Customers intend to purchase are more than one, the same procedure must be repeated by clicking on "CONTINUE PURCHASES". If the Product has been placed in the Shopping Cart by mistake, the Customer may delete the individual product or delete them all by clicking on "EMPTY CART".
Having completed the choice of Products, the Customer by clicking on the "CONTINUE" button will arrive at the next stages of purchase in which he/she will have to provide some mandatory personal data, including the shipping address; choose the payment method and indicate whether he/she wishes the invoice to be issued.
Once these steps have been passed, a summary of the Order will be processed by the portal to be confirmed in order to finalize the purchase.

6. Payment methods

6.1. Customers may make payment of the Price and the contribution for shipping costs by credit card or PayPal.
Antheia reserves the right to change, at any time and without notice, the means of payment that can be used by Customers. Those published in the online store at the time the Orders are sent by the Customers will be considered valid.

6.2. In the case of payment by credit card, the charge to Customers of the Price and the contribution for shipping costs takes place, once the credit card data has been verified and the charge authorization has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customers, at the same time that Antheia sends the Order Confirmation.

Customers' credit card information is protected and sent directly to the banking company that handles payments. The payment is made directly on a secure server, with SSL encryption key so as to guarantee the absolute security of the transaction. Credit card details are not accessible by Antheia or third parties, neither at the time of placing the Orders nor afterwards. To guarantee Customers the security and functionality of payments made by credit card, Antheia offers the virtual POS payment solution ____________________

6.3. In the case of payment via PayPal, upon submission of Orders by Customers, the Web session will be transferred to PayPal's secure Web site.
On such site, Customers can complete the payment of the Price and the contribution for shipping costs to the PayPal account and according to the terms of use of the PayPal service subscribed to by Customers at that time or previously. In case of cancellation of the order by the Customer, the amount will be refunded to the Customer's PayPal account.
Cancellation of the order is possible up to the moment when the same has not yet been delivered to the courier for shipment. Requested the cancellation of the transaction, in no case Antheia can be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal.

For each transaction executed with the PayPal account you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

6.4 If it is requested by Customers at the same time as sending the Orders, Antheia will send Customers regular invoice, by e-mail.
For the purposes of the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Clients will be the authoritative factor.
No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued by Antheia.

6.5. The information received by Antheia will be used exclusively to complete the procedures relating to the sale of the Products and for reimbursement procedures in the event that Customers exercise their right of withdrawal.

7. Shipping and delivery of products

7.1. "Shipment" of the Products by Antheia means the delivery of the same to the couriers selected from time to time. Currently, standard delivery is handled by the courier and takes place during the following hours: from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday; Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.; excluding holidays. The courier makes the first delivery without prior notice. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier leaves a notice and retries delivery in the next 24 hours; in case of further absence, notice is again left and the shipment is placed in storage. At this point it is in the Customer's interest to contact the courier by telephone to make arrangements for pickup.

7.2. Antheia undertakes to ship the products with the following delivery times: maximum 72h from the moment in which the Products are available.

7.3. The delivery times are purely indicative and not binding and Antheia, not being able to directly control the deliveries of the Products after they have been shipped, cannot be held responsible in any way for their non-compliance.

7.4. Customers will be able to follow the status of the shipment of Products using the tracking data communicated by the courier by e-mail.

7.5. The Customers, or other persons appointed by the Customers who are at the address indicated for the delivery of the Products in the Order Confirmation, are required to verify, at the time of delivery, that:

The Products correspond to what is indicated in the transport document of the run (DDT) both in number and type;

The packaging/wrapping of the Products is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, including in the sealing materials.

7.6 Any damage to the packaging/packaging of the Products must be immediately challenged by the Customers by placing a written control reservation on the courier's proof of delivery. It is understood that once the courier's document has been signed without any objection, the Customers may no longer raise any objection to Antheia with reference to the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

7.7. The Products can only be delivered by couriers to Customers or persons authorized by them; the person to whom the Products are delivered must affix a signature to certify delivery. Couriers do not make deliveries at post office boxes or by placing Products in letterboxes or other similar places.

8. Right of withdrawal and damage compensation

8.1. If the Customers are "consumers" (i.e. a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out, if any), they have the right, pursuant to and for the purposes of art.64 of Legislative Decree no.206/2005, to withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Agreements within 10 days from the date of receipt of the Products covered by the Sale and Purchase Agreements.

8.2. The Right of Withdrawal must be exercised by Customers, after registering on the site, through a special online form containing:

The manifestation of willingness to avail themselves of the Right of Withdrawal;

The reason that led to avail themselves of the right of withdrawal

The indication of the Order that gave rise to the contract of Purchase and Sale from which they intend to withdraw.

8.3. Antheia recognizes the following types of returns, based on the motivation expressed:

8.4. In case of return for A-B reasons, the Customer must comply with the following procedure:

Customers agree to return the Products at their charge within 10 working days from the date of sending the withdrawal form, together with the completed return form;

Antheia, once the Product has been received, undertakes to refund the Price, but not the contribution for shipping costs, as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, provided that:

  • - Customers have returned the Product with appropriate Return Form;
  • - The Products are intact and complete with any accessories;
  • - The packaging is intact;
  • - The Products have not been used.

8.5. In case of flaws/deformities of the Products or problems related to shipping, "consumer" Customers can avail themselves of the right of withdrawal by filling out the following online form and selecting the reason (reasons C-D-E-F), within the term provided by art. 132 of D. Lgs 206/05 (Consumer Code). Once the complaint has been received Antheia will undertake to replace the product and/or a new shipment. The company will bear the cost of shipping and collection of the goods.

8.6.If the Customers exercise the right of withdrawal in a way that does not comply with the procedures and terms provided, they will not be entitled to a refund.

8.7.Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Antheia is solely responsible for any direct and foreseeable damage at the time of the conclusion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement. Antheia shall therefore not be liable for any loss suffered, loss of profit or any other damage that is not an immediate and direct consequence of its default or that was not foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement.

9. Errors and/or Inaccuracies in the Online Store

9.1. Antheia strives to constantly check the online store in order to avoid errors or inaccuracies. However, it is possible that the online store contains, or may over time contain, errors, inaccuracies or omissions.

9.2. Antheia reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions contained in the online store even after an order has been submitted and likewise reserves the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice to Customers.

10. Applicable Law

10.1. For all matters not provided for in the General Conditions and the Sale and Purchase Agreements, the rules of Italian law apply (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005, Articles 50 - 67 regulating distance contracts, Legislative Decree No. 70 of 09/04/2003 on electronic commerce).

10.2. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the General Conditions and/or the Sale and Purchase Agreements, the Court of Isernia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
